Salon and Spa Policies
Elysium Salon and Day Spa is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We do have a few policies that you should be aware of. These policies allow us to meet your needs as well as exceed your expectations.

Our Name Elysium, pronounced "ih-LIH-zee-um" comes form Greek mythology, and means a place or condition of ideal bliss or happiness.
Appointments and Reservations Appointments are recommended and preferred, but not always necessary.  If you need to cancel an appointment, a 24-hour notice is greatly appreciated. As a courtesy, we will call in advance to remind you of your appointment. 
   For Spa Packages and multiple services, a credit card guarantee and 24-hour notice of cancellation are required.  Each appointment you schedule reserves the treatment room and the time of the staff member. Charges will be assessed for the entire package or multiple services if 24-hour notice of cancellation is not received. Thank you in advance to your consideration and understanding. Appointment durations are estimates to allow for planning. Your appointment may run slightly longer or shorter than the time estimates.
Payment Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.  Checks are accepted only with a valid drivers license and electronically processed.
Gift Certificates
  • Are available in any amount.
  • May be purchased in person, by phone, by mail or on-line on our website.
  • Are not refundable for cash under any circumstances.
  • Do not include gratuity unless specified.
  • Can be redeemed for any service or product that matches the amount the gift certificate was purchased for.
  • Redemption is subject to appointment availability.
For gift certificates older than one year from date of purchase, we reserve the right to convert service-based gift certificates to their cash value, equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate, if the service indicated is no longer available or the original price of that service has changed.

 

Children Elysium Salon & Day Spa is a place of relaxation.  To ensure this atmosphere for you and those around you, children are not permitted in the Spa unless they are receiving a service.  Thank you for your understanding.
