 Waxing guidelines:
  • For body waxing hair to be removed should be at least 1/4 inch long by the appointment date.
  • For a more comfortable bikini wax, please trim area to 1/4 inch before your appointment.
  • Exfoliate the area to be waxed no earlier than 3 days before or 3 days after your appointment.
  • Avoid moisturizers the day of your appointment.
  • To avoid increased sensitivity, do not tan 24-48 hours before or after waxing.
  • You may not be a good candidate for a waxing service if you are using Accutane, Retin-A, Differin, Renova, blood thinners, or alpha-hydroxy products. Conditions such as diabetes, pregnancy and a predisposition to cold sores may also cause increased skin sensitivity.
